I had a MEMORABLE stay, with location close to everything. Greatly enjoyed views to the garden and grande canal. It had a good setting really close to all the attractions and the garden and the Vaporetto Stop.

The staff were amicable and provided a nice welcome. The room was big and had nice features like a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. The location was marvelous, making it easy to visit Venice and all its attractions.

Travelled to explore Venice, this apartment was a great place for doing it. Location was exceptional and tranquil, close to Leonardo. Furthermore, we were really close to the Grand Canal, restaurants, and transport.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Venice's attractions. The view of the Grand Canal and the comfortable bed were exceptional. The room also had great facilities like a bath, shower, hair dryer, and bidet.

Amazing location with everything at the door, it was short walk to the garden.

We were just a short stroll away from San Marco, and the kids had a blast exploring the winding streets and canals of Venice. The shuttle from the Marco Polo airport dropped us off in a quaint little square with a charming old well in the center, which added to the magical atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience to walk hand in hand with my wife, taking in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city.

My children wanted a kids' play area or some form of entertainment within the hotel.

We loved waking up to the stunning view of the Grand Canal from our terrace. the spacious master suite and comfortable beds made for a peaceful stay. the well-equipped kitchen and nearby grocery store made it easy for us to prepare meals. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The apartment was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous half round window overlooking the canal. the bedroom was spacious and the bathroom had a rain shower head and nice amenities. We also loved having access to a table and chairs in an alcove overlooking the canal. the kitchenette was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a panini maker, hot water maker for tea, and a coffee maker.

the pictures led us to believe that we would have a private balcony, but it turned out to be a shared terrace.

The staff were efficient and friendly, and I had access to a kitchen during my stay here.
